Fresh Food For Families

Fresh Food For Families program, initiated by the Health Partners Foundation—with the help and support of business and individual donors—delivers full bags of fresh produce and grocery items on a monthly basis, which is then distributed directly to the community.

As a graphic designer at Health Partners Plans, I collaborated frequently with our internal client, Health Partners Foundation. I was responsible for designing logo treatments, distinctive collateral, and promotional materials for the non-profit's initiative. This involved close cooperation with the marketing specialist and ongoing communication with the client throughout the entire process until completion.
