The Fresh Food For Families program, created by the Health Partners Foundation with donor support, provides monthly bags of fresh produce and groceries to the community. During my time at Health Partners Plans (HPP), I refreshed the program’s logo, collateral, and promotional materials, working closely with the Foundation’s marketing specialist and client throughout the process.
